Fields of Interest:
My area of research is continuous and discrete dynamical systems. In the continuous case, I have been mostly interested in planar polynomial vector fields. In the discrete case (which is my main area of research) I am interested in holomorphic dynamics (one-dimensional complex variable), and the topological properties of invariant objects for root finding algorithms (Newton's method and secant's method, for instance).
