Abstract

We consider dynamical systems that depend on some coefficients which vary randomly following certain probability distributions. The starting point is the right election of the probability space and the distribution of the coefficients. After that we give a statistical measure of:

  • The linear stability index, which is the dimension of the stable manifold associated to an equilibrium.
  • The phase portraits of planar homogeneous vector fields of degrees 2, 3 and 4.
